In therapy, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, explore your emotions, understand yourself, and develop healthier ways to cope. My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and more in control of your emotional world.
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and persistent overthinking. With warmth and curiosity, I support clients through life transitions such as relationship changes, divorce, work life, parenting, and immigration, helping them move toward healing, balance, and self-growth.

Using a warm, integrative approach, we’ll work together to build emotional resilience, manage challenges, and reconnect with a sense of balance.
